Faculty of Agriculture Announces the 5th Mansoura International Food Congress – November 2025

The Faculty of Agriculture at Mansoura University is preparing to host the 5th Mansoura International Food Conference under the theme “Food and Nutrition… Challenges and Innovations” from 10 to 14 November 2025, to be held in the cities of Mansoura and Hurghada, Egypt.

The conference is held under the patronage of Prof. Sherif Youssef Khater, President of Mansoura University, and Prof. Tarek Mostafa Ghaloush, Vice President for Postgraduate Studies and Research. It is chaired by Prof. Mohamed Ali Shata, Dean of the Faculty of Agriculture, with Prof. Shady M. ElShehawy, Head of Food Industries Department, serving as Conference Rapporteur.

This scientific forum invites researchers, specialists, companies, governmental bodies, and professionals in food production and processing, nutrition, food quality and safety, and innovative technologies-both from Egypt and abroad-to share expertise and explore the latest advancements.

The conference aims to strengthen international scientific collaboration, pioneer innovative solutions to food security challenges, and support applied research that meets the needs of both industry and consumers.
