Under the Ministry of Scientific Research plans to encourage interaction between universities and industrial sectors and productivity to serve the national economy and encourage innovation by providing the information needed to create oases of science, technology and expertise Science Parks through the British-Egyptian cooperation agreement Newton, in the field of scientific research, which is administered by Science and Technology Development Fund.

Fund announces partnership with the British side for the limited opportunities for the participation of the leaders of universities (which has spaces and experiences that can make it possible to create these valleys) in the introductory flight systems and the details of the valleys of Sciences of the United Kingdom.
