The signing of agreement in terms of the academic role and scientific of the university in the dissemination of knowledge, culture and belief in them to open new horizons for students wishing to obtain educational services, through open education system at home and abroad due to the desire of many of the people in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to receive university education.
