President of Mansoura University meets the British consultant of higher education

Prof. Mohamed Kenawy - president of Mansoura University, Prof. Ashraf Abd Al Baset - vice president for education and students’ affairs, met Prof. John McGovern - British higher education consultant, and Mrs. Sahar Khamees - head of the educational programs in the British council.

The met was to discuss the ways and mechanisms of how to governance and internationalization of the higher education.

They handled a brief presentation about the university and its special programs, the accredited faculties, research and medical centers, electronic systems, students’ services and activities, agreements with national and international universities, staff members’ awards, and the advanced rate of Mansoura University.

Prof/McGovern, expressed his happiness for being in Mansoura University, and for opening a new cooperation areas in various scientific and research aspects, also praised the university’s special programs and discussed the possibility of the cooperation with the British side in the “Newton Musharrafa” program, and researches carried by the Mansoura University’s research centers.
