The 7th International Conference "Plant and Microbial Biotechnology and Their Role in the Development of the Society"
Botany Department, Faculty of Science, Tanta University organizes the 7th International Conference "Plant and Microbial Biotechnology and Their Role in the Development of the Society", from 19 - 20 April, 2017.
This conference is one of the important scientific events held in cooperation with the Egyptian Botanical Society and accepts research articles on Plant Biotechnology (Ecology, Genetics, Physiology, Biodiversity, Plant Taxonomy, Plant Anatomy and Biodegradation of wastes) Algae and its Applications, and Microbiology (Bacteria, Viruses, Immunology, Fungi, Plant-microbes Interactions & Plant disease resistance).
Aims
- Explore of the applications of Botany and Microbiology and their role in support of sustainable development.
- Exchange experiences and coordinate research efforts in plant biotechnology and microbial fields.
- Provide awareness of techniques and knowledge on plant and microbial biotechnology for the development of society and bridge the food gap.
- Achieve scientific constructive recommendations in order to promote the role of plant and microbial biotechnology in community development.
