With a view to promoting international exchanges in the field of education, culture, communication, science and technotoqy, and to enhancing friendship among peoples of
the world, the Government of the People's Republic of China has placed at the disposal of UNESCO for the academic year 2015-2016 , under the eo-sponsorship of
UNESCO, seventy-five (75) fellowships far advanced studies at undergraduate and postgraduate levels. These fellowships are for the benefit of developing Member States in Africa, Asla-Pacific , Latin America, Europe and Arab region.

This program only supports, in general, one-year English-taught programs for general scholars and senior scholars. Scholarship recipients of Chinese-taught programs without adequate Chinese proficiency are required to get the approval from both CSC and UNESCO for one-year Chinese language study.
