On Wednesday 7^th December 2016. Prof. Mohamed Kenawy- president of Mansoura University, received prof. Yasser Al Hadidy- Dean of the faculty of Agriculture and the team work of the soil fertility tests and fertilizers quality control laboratory, to congratulate them for obtaining the ISO/IEC17025:2005- by the national council for accreditation to be the only Egyptian laboratory at the field of fertilizers, and the only specialized laboratory at the field of soil fertility tests in Delta.

The laboratory determine the degree of soil fertility and production capacity, measuring irrigation and drinking water to determine their suitability for use, detecting of the high concentrations of nitrogen in agricultural products which lead to contamination of the products and serious diseases, training courses for students, researchers and professionals in the fields of land, water, fertilizers and chemical analysis.
