Second Mansoura International food congress
On Monday 21th November 2016, started the activities of the Second Mansoura International food congress (MIFC2016) titled "New Trends in Food Science and Technology", in the period from 21 to 25 November 2016 Mansoura-Aswan, under the auspice of Prof/ Mohamed Kenawy - President of Mansoura University.
In the presence of Prof/ Ashraf Abdel Basset - Vice President for Education and Student Affairs, Prof/ Ashraf Sweilem - Vice President for Graduate Studies and Research, Prof/ Yasser ElHadidi - Dean of the Faculty of Agriculture, and a set of staff members of Mansoura University.
The conference discussed 28 research papers in the production and manufacture of food safety, food hygiene, functional foods, and nanotechnology applications in the field of nutrition and food containers in addition to modern methods of food preservation.
