Seed and Tissue Pathology Lab

Seed and Tissue Pathology Lab-Faculty of Agriculture - Mansoura University (SEPA), is a part of the Central Laboratory of the Faculty, and achieves its mission to provide research, consulting and training services to all beneficiaries, by using modern techniques and devices in the analysis systems to deal with novel developments in agricultural sciences.

SEPA seeks to provide the best services through speed performance with accuracy of the results according to the specifications of ISO ISO / IEC 17025, the lab has a database and information network with major laboratories accredited to the European Union and the United States of America.

SEPA used the latest diagnostic technology and the definition in the provision of services including (laboratory analysis - Workshops - Training Courses - scientific research - Technical Consulting).

Lab also offers a private and internationally accredited tests for seed companies and exporters in the production:
- Loose smut in wheat and barley.
- Fusarium in tomato seeds and corn.
- Alcollettercyum seeds in dry beans and peas stomach export.
