The National Authority for Quality Assurance and Accreditation honoring the Faculty of Agriculture

For motivating and raising the awareness about the importance and significance of accreditation of HEIs, a ceremony was organized by the National Authority for Quality Assurance and Accreditation of Education (NAQAAE) to honor 17 presidents of Egyptian universities in which faculties or programs have been accredited; under the auspices of Prime Minister Sherif Ismail and in the presence of Prof. Dr. Ahmed Zaki Badr, Minister of Municipal Development, Prof. Dr. Ashraf Hatem, Secretary General of the Supreme Council of Universities, and Prof. Dr. Yohansen Eid, Chairman of NAQAAE.

During the ceremony, Prof. Dr. Mohammed Kenawy President of Mansoura University was honored due to the accreditation of many Mansoura University’s Faculties including the Faculty of Agriculture whose Administration; Prof. Dr. Yasser El-Hadidi, Dean; Prof. Dr. Yasser Shabana, Vice Dean for Graduate Studies and Research; Prof. Dr. Adel Hassan, Vice Dean for Education and Students; Prof. Dr. Mohammed Shata, Vice Dean for community service and environmental development; and Assoc. Prof. Amir Shaalan, Director of Quality Assurance Unit; were also honored.
