Dr. Yasser Shabaneh, Director of the Laboratory of Seed Pathology and Tissue Culture, received on Saturday 20/1/2018, the former Minister of Agriculture, Dr. Salah Youssef, on the sidelines of his visit to discuss the PhD thesis of researcher Naha El-Desouki Ramadan.

During the visit, he was accompanied by Prof. Dr. Hamada Sultan, Head of Post-Harvest Diseases Department, Agricultural Research Center, Prof. Ahmed Abu Raya, Head of Vegetables Department, Agricultural Research Center, Dr. Ismail Rashid, Senior Researcher, Plant Pathology Research Institute, Prof. Dr. Adel Hijazi Professor of Biotechnology at the Institute of Genetic Engineering, Sadat City University, Dr. Osama Abdel Badea Researcher, Department of Wheat Diseases, Sakha Research Station.

Dr. Shabana accompanied the delegation in a tour to learn about the seed pathology laboratory, the devices it contains and the services it provides to researchers and study the possibility of scientific and research cooperation with the laboratory.
