Prof. Ashraf Swelem- Vice president of Mansoura University attend the Faculty of Agriculture council to discuss ways to develop the work for post graduate sector and solve problems faced by the faculties.

Prof. Swelem over emphasized some important points such as putting a comprehensive course description, determine hours of teaching and research so the faculty will be able to meet the requirements of the local labor and the Arab and international market as well as to how to benefit from "Bank of knowledge" and work to increase the number of international students at the university faculties.

He stressed on the need to appoint a coordinator for research and development in all scientific sections to view the research plan scheduled and to help researchers on international publication and also to gain access to global and local awards and grants.

He pointed out that all scientific agreements signed between the university and foreign universities and organizations must have a coordinator to ensure the activation of scientific agreements and he also emphasized that Turnitin software measures the degree of similarity only and not scientific thefts.
