The activities of the training program for the first group of (Dietetic Program students) were held in the therapeutic nutrition unit at Damietta Specialized Hospital, under the supervision and coordination of Prof. Dr. Shadi Al-Shahawy, The lectures included the following topics:

- Nutrition basics and Diet plan principals
- Nutrition for hypertensive patients
- Nutrition for burned patients
- Nutrition for liver disease patients
- Pediatric screening, assessment and energy calculations
- Childhood malnutrition
