Academic Registration and Course Load:
First: Registration
All registered student in the program must follow the university rules:
8-1 The fees of Registration and educational services must be paid in the first week of registration. The tuition and required fees will be estimated by Academic program council and faculty council and council of Mansoura University approval.
8-2 The students who withdraw after one day of registration can retrieve all paid expenses. While the students who withdraw after more than one day of registration can retrieve the paid expenses as follows:
- Withdraw before the end of the first week of the semester; they can retrieve expenses with 75%.
- Withdraw before the end of the second week of the semester; they can retrieve expenses with 50%.
- Withdraw before the second week of the semester; the student didn’t retrieve any expenses.
8-3 It is not allowed for the student who didn’t pay the fees to move the next level and also not allowed to continue for regular study at the college.
8-4 In the case of the inability of the student to enter the exam because of his/her illness, the illness certificate must be introduced immediately and he/she is considered excused absence.
8-5 the student has to inform the college administration for any change in his/her contact information (Mailing address, phone number and email address).
Second: The academic load
8-6 It is allowed for each student to enroll at 12-18 credit hours for every academic semester. This is according to study programs schedules.
8-7 The superior student (who has GPA more than 3) can increase the academic load by adding 2 credit hours per semester in the third and fourth level.
8-8 The student who has GPA less than 2.32 after the second level, that he/she may be add 2 credit hours in the semester from previous courses who has been succeeded.
8-9 The Academic program Council for the management of the program can increase the maximum study load in the last semester, through add four credit hour in order to complete the necessary graduation requirements.
8-10The student registers in the second level if he/she passes 26 hours as well as the student registers in the third level if he/she passes at least 61 credit hours and also registers in the fourth curriculum levels if he passes at least 95 credit hours.
