The Training Unit at the Faculty of Agriculture - Mansoura University is one of the administrative units within the organizational structure of the college and affiliated to the Community Service Affairs and Environmental Development Sector.

The vision of the unit:: Excellence and sophistication in providing and evaluating training programs for various targets from inside and outside the college in order to ensure the achievement of the vision of the college.

The unit's mission:: Within the framework of the college's mission, the unit is committed to developing human resources for the various target audiences from inside and outside the college by covering their needs for various training programs.

The unit aims to provide training services in the agricultural field to the target groups inside and outside the college for individuals and various organizations, through:

• Determining the training needs of students and graduates of the college in various fields.
• Determining the training needs of faculty members and their assistants in various fields.
• Determining the training needs of the administrative and technical staff of the college in various fields.
• Documenting and evaluating the training programs offered by the various bodies and projects from inside and outside the college for the faculty members, their assistants, the administrative staff, as well as the students.
• Coordination with the education and student affairs sector in the college and the participation of the scientific departments in planning and implementing some training courses through field training 1,2 for students of the second and third levels in the college.
•  Submitting a proposed training plan to the various target groups of the college at the beginning of each academic year.
• Coordinating, supervising and evaluating the training courses conducted by the college for the various targets.
• Issuing brochures and guides that would help introduce the various services and capabilities of the unit.
• Participate in amending the regulations for training students in the college to serve the educational process.
