Plant Protection Program Students
Dear Student of Plant Protection Program..
The program is your second home and those who are in it are concerned only to take into account your interest through many mechanisms, including the mechanism of student complaints, which aims to include your complaint in something that you see as a violation of your rights, as long as your complaint holds honesty, credibility and transparency, make sure that it is the subject of a quick and decisive study and you will receive your full right.
A committee has been set up to deal with and consider student complaints to resolve student's problems impartially without harming the student because of his complaint.On 29 November 2020, the Program Subcommittee approved the formation of a committee to deal with the complaints and proposals of students from the following:

- Dr. Al-Sharbiny Abdul Moneim Al-Sharbiny
- Dr. Samir Borham Gad
- Mrs. Amal Fahmy Al-Tokhi
How to receive student's complaints and suggestions Complaints are received by:1. Complaints form in the office of the program manager, and the student must record the data contained in it correctly so that the committee can communicate with him afterwards 2. Complaints received by the committee through the complaints fund located on the fourth floor (Building A) in front of the insect department 3. Receiving complaints by email:
- The Committee is convened once a month to examine and review complaints to make appropriate decisions to resolve these problems.
- Consultation is conducted between the chairman of the committee and the management of the college in case of necessity to solve some problems that require taking the opinion of the administration in solving them only.
- The Committee follows up on the complaints and implements the decisions made about them by contacting the students who have complaints to inform them of what has been done in their complaints.
- Take all measures with strict confidentiality in solving problems considering the privacy and transparency of these complaints.
The student is informed of the decisions or solutions reached by the following means:
- Personal contact with the student in case of providing the committee with his phone number.
- Through the Internet in case of the student's desire and in case of the provision of e-mail to the committee.
